WILL I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE A WINE SHIPMENT? An adult 21 years of age and older must be present to receive the shipment. Verification of age and signature is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held for a limited time in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?All shipments are shipped ground by GSO unless otherwise stated. Orders within California ship from Paso Robles Monday through Thursday and will be delivered the following day by GSO. Please allow 7-10 business days for normal delivery for all out-of-state shipments and 3-5 business days within the state of California.
IS IT SAFE TO SHIP WINE DURING HOT OR COLD WEATHER? To avoid in-transit temperature extremes during the summer your order will be packed with ice. You will be notified if our shipment will be delayed due to extreme temperature conditions.
CAN YOU SHIP WINE TO MY STATE? Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only able to ship wine to California at this time. If you would like wine sent to your state, please send us a message and we will let you know when we are authorized to ship to your state.

Clearly explain your dissatisfaction with the product. Please note, our products are guaranteed against breakage or damage in transit, but not based on personal taste.
If the complaint has to do with freight damage, we will work on your behalf to gain reimbursement from the appropriate freight company.
All wine purchases are final and are not eligible for refund.
